• Other municipalities under 300 euros/month:
  Vila Nova de Foz Côa, Mirandela, Sátão, Miranda do Douro, Campo Maior, Gouveia

💸 Top Most Expensive Places to Rent

If you plan to live in a bustling city, be ready for higher costs:

• Lisbon – 15.93 euros/m² (~1,593 euros/month)

• Cascais – 15.31 euros/m²

• Oeiras – 13.8 euros/m²

• Porto – 12.58 euros/m²
  

Most expensive areas are in Greater Lisbon, with a few exceptions like Porto, Funchal, and Matosinhos.
